« White Lady Peaches, a special summertime treat | Main | Back to normal after Irene on the Crystal Coast »

August 22, 2011

This afternoon, I went back to get my part. I took a photocopy of my warranty card. The store was empty of customers, and the guy who wouldn't give me the cable was staring at a computer screen when I got there. I gave him my warranty photocopy, and he said "he was sorry we got mixed up on Saturday." I said "we" didn't get mixed up, all you had to do was call me and ask for the information. Then he immediately went into this spiel about being small store and not being able to do everything. I just left it at that, took my part, and headed home. I have never been in the store when there was another customer. I have seen folks in there just chatting, but in my four trips, there has never been another customer. Now I know why.
