Since my Zonbu computer is so quiet, I decided that I needed a quieter keyboard than the old Microsoft one that I have been using.
I got a chance to go to Best Buy after coming back from spending most of a day with some clients.
In addition to a better keyboard, I wanted to get a KVM switch so I could bring my Dell XP machine back online.
I got an IOGear 2-Port USB KVM switch and a Logitech Cordless Desktop S510 keyboard and mouse.
Unbelievably both the KVM switch and the wireless keyboard/mouse combo seem to be working perfectly with both Windows XP and Zonbu Linux. All I have to do is hit the ScrLk key twice to switch between environments.
Since I have printers and other peripherals working, I might tackle networking with my Mac next. I have pretty successful before so I don't anticipate a lot of troubles.
I like sitting in one spot and using three operating systems. It keeps me on my toes.
