It's been almost a month since the air was clear enough to see the sun rise from behind the mountains. Perhaps this means that the war between the cool fall air and the humid summer air has begun in earnest.
As I went for a walk yesterday morning, I had the feeling the steady breeze was a sign of good things to come.
This morning the temperature is actually slightly under seventy degrees Fahrenheit which is something we haven't seen a lot of lately.
Two weeks from today is labor day. Our youngest daughter starts back to college today, so fall is in the air.
